Established in 1952, Christian children’s camp Saulaine (in Latvian “Saulaine” means “Sunshine Place”) has been the country property of St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Latvian Church in Toronto. In the early years, it mainly served as a camp for Latvian children and a social focal point for members of the Congregation during the summer, but over time it has been developed into a place suitable year-round for religious retreats and social functions such as weddings, concerts and family gatherings.
Please check out our website. We rent out the whole camp, or parts of it, depending on your requirements for very reasonable rates.
